Winemaker Extraordinaire

Domenic Carisetti has been making wine for Niagara Landing Wine Cellars since 2005.

Domenic graduated from the winemaking program at the University of California at Davis in 1975. After graduation Dom accepted a position as Assistant Winemaker with the Taylor Wine Company. Within five years, Dom was appointed Senior Winemaker for Taylor and Great Western wineries.

From 1986 until 1997 Domenic held the position as Manager of Winemaking for Canandaigua Wine Company (Constellation Brands). In 1997 Domenic decided it was time to focus on the growing demands of the farm wineries and opened his own consulting company.

The privilege of having an accomplished winemaker on premises is never overlooked by those who work with Dom and those who drink the wine he creates.
